Prof. Bryan Foss

Senior Advisor

Bryan has 20+ years’ experience as a NED and is currently Chair of Hope Macy, an open banking fintech. He has chaired various board committees and until recently was an independent advisor to the Financial Reporting Council.

Diane Moore

Senior Advisor

Diane is an experienced INED and governance consultant. She has chaired numerous committees across a range of boards, mostly within financial services. Diane spent a number of years working for the Financial Services Authority.

David Young

Senior Advisor

David is an experienced board, risk and audit committee chair. He has been an INED on numerous PRA/FCA regulated boards and is currently Audit and Risk Committee Chair of four private equity-owned businesses.

Peter Neville-Lewis

Senior Advisor

Peter is a highly experienced business adviser to boards and senior management teams. Peter specialises in principled leadership, values-based decision making, conduct risk and, more recently, geo-political risk.
