We only collect personal information provided to us via contact forms within this web site.  We use your personal information to enable us to respond to any enquiries you send us via contact forms and to communicate with you regarding matters which we believe may be of interest to you, including marketing materials such as occasional whitepapers, newsletters and updates.

When completing a contact form you will be asked whether you agree to this privacy policy, which includes use of your data as described above.  Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018 we have an obligation to only use personal information for the purposes for which it was collected.  We will therefore only send you Halex marketing materials where you have explicitly provided consent for us to do so. 
If you choose not to agree to our privacy policy we will respond to your immediate contact form enquiry only and will not contact you further. 

Withdrawal of consent
If in the future you wish to withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information, please email us at enquiries@halex.uk.com. If you believe any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please advise us as soon as possible using the same email address.  We will amend your information promptly.
Halex will not give, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties. We will hold your information securely.  However, we cannot accept responsibility for security of personal information while in transmission to us via the Internet nor responsibility for non-delivery of email.

Google Ads
From time to time, Halex Consulting may run marketing campaigns using Google Ads.  A feature of Google Ads is to remarket or re-engage with people who previously visited our website through showing Halex Consulting ads to them whilst visiting other relevant websites.  Google does this through placing a Google Ads cookie on users’ machines when they click on a Halex Consulting ad. 

You can opt out of Google’s use of Google Ads cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google’s Ads Settings or through visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.  You can also control the use of cookies and device identifiers by using your device’s settings menu.
